Biography
Born in 1916 in the Saratov province. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1939.
Since 1938 - on economic, social and political work. In 1938 - 1985 - at the construction of defense facilities in the Kiev Special Military District, he was involved in the organization of construction of defensive structures in Moscow, led the restoration of industrial facilities and residential buildings destroyed in the bombing in Moscow and the Moscow Region, a participant in the Great Patriotic War, in Moscow construction organizations, the founder and head of a comprehensive design construction organization, head of the Construction Department as deputy chairman of the Council of Ministers of the RSFSR.
He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the 9th and 10th convocation, of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of the 6th, 7th, 8th, 11th convocations.
He died in Moscow in 2006.
