Trovaioli has more than 300 musical records as a composer and conductor. The author of numerous jazz compositions and film music. Known for collaboration with Vittorio de Sica on a number of projects, including Boccaccio 70 . Trovaioli was also the creator of several Italian musicals: among them Rugantino ( Italian Rugantino ) and Add a seat at the table ( Italian Aggiungi un posto a tavola ).
Armando Trovaioli is a laureate of 11 cinematic awards, including David di Donatello and Silver Ribbon .
From 1962 to 1969 he was married to actress Pierre Angeli . Their son Howard Andrew Rugantino was born in 1963 [1] .
He died in Rome at the age of 95 on February 28, 2013.
