Biography
Born in 1962 in the Nobat Gutlyev gengeshlik of the Chardzhou region of the Chardzhou region of the Turkmen SSR
In 1987, he graduated from the Tashkent Institute of Railway Engineers , with a degree in mechanical engineering.
Career
