Play is a cellular network of the Polish telecommunications company P4 with headquarters in Warsaw , founded in 2007. The second [2] in Poland mobile network by the number of subscribers (14.3 million people in 2017) [3] .

The mobile operator Play was put up for IPO , the main owners of its shares are the Icelandic fund Novator and the Greek Tollerton [4] .
