Biography
Born on October 5, 1964 in Moscow.
In 1988, he graduated from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute .
In 1997 - defended his thesis, topic: "Financial and industrial groups in the system of leverage to stabilize the Russian economy."
In 2002 - defended his doctoral dissertation, topic: "Macroeconomic problems of the formation and development of financial and industrial groups in the Russian economy."
In 2005 - awarded the academic title of professor.
In 2008, he was elected a corresponding member of the RAS .
Since 1995, she has been working at the Institute for Market Problems of the Russian Academy of Sciences, having gone from a senior researcher to the director of the institute (since 2014).
Scientific activity
Author and co-author of more than 250 scientific papers, with a total volume of 300 pp., Including 48 monographs, with a total volume of more than 300 pp.
The main scientific results :
- developed methodological foundations of the theory of economic development in conditions of instability and the concept of innovative investment and accelerated development in a transformational economy;
- developed and tested original models for improving methods for regulating cyclical fluctuations in macroeconomic dynamics and the strategy of accelerated development;
- proposed a qualitatively new methodology for assessing the impact of industrial integration on the state of production and economic complexes, taking into account the definition of general and special conditions and factors of economic growth;
- determined the basic laws of formation and the features of the functioning of large economic regions as specific objects of economic planning and development, taking into account possible ways of their integration into the world economy.
Coordinator of the Program of the Department of Social Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences “Modernization and Economic Security of Russia” (2015) and the Program of the Department of Social Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences “National Economic Security of Russia in the Context of Aggravation of Objective and Initiated Risks and Threats” (2016)
He teaches at the State University of Management and at the Ryazan State Radio Engineering University .
Under his leadership, 8 candidate and doctoral dissertations were defended.
