Biography
Born in 1905 in Kramatorsk . Member of the RCP (b) since 1925.
He began working as a mechanic at the Kramatorsk Machine-Building Plant named after S. Ordzhonikidze.
In 1931 he graduated from the Kharkov Institute and went to work at the Kramatorsk Metallurgical Plant in the rolling shop: in 1931 - 1937. he is the shift supervisor, acting the head of the shop.
In 1937 he was appointed director of the Vyksa Metallurgical Plant .
In 1940, I.F. Belobrov became director of the Taganrog Metallurgical Plant . Under his leadership, measures were taken for the development and production of defense products.
In October 1941 , he headed the plant headquarters for the evacuation of the plant and its placement in the shops of the Ural enterprises, mainly the Chelyabinsk pipe rolling plant and the Sinarsky pipe plant .
In December 1941 , I.F. Belobrov was appointed director of the Lysvensky Metallurgical Plant , which successfully completed the tasks of the State Defense Committee. During the war, he was awarded three orders.
Since July 20, 1945 I.F. Belobrov is the director of the Makeevka Metallurgical Plant , where he organized the restoration and reconstruction of the enterprise in a short time.

In the 50-60s I.F. Belobrov — deputy chief of the Main Special Steel of the USSR Ministry of Industry , adviser on ferrous metallurgy in the PRC , employee of the ferrous metallurgy department of the USSR State Planning Commission and the USSR State Economic Council.
In 1970, Ivan Fedorovich Belobrov retired.
