Biography
Born on August 30, 1903 in the village of the now Budennovsky district of Donetsk.
He began his career in 1915 as a turner in the mines of Donbass. In 1922 - Secretary of the party cell at the Volodarsky mine.
In 1926 he graduated from the Artyom Communist University in Kharkov. From 1926 to 1932 - instructor of the KP (b) U district committee, head of the department of the Artyomovsky district department of the Luhansk region. In 1932-1940 - in military service in the Red Army.
Member of the Great Patriotic War, lieutenant colonel. Since 1943 - assistant chief, head of airfields in Sverdlovsk, Rostov-on-Don and Krivoy Rog, head of the political department of the 49th and 270th aviation bomber divisions of the Southern Front.
In 1946-1950, he was the department head, secretary, and in 1950-1955, the first secretary of the Central City District Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine in Krivoy Rog.
In 1955-1963, he was deputy manager of the Krivbassgeologiya trust.
He took an active part in the restoration of Kryvbas. He supervised the construction of the airfield, the Kryvyi Rih Mining Institute , the 3rd city hospital, and schools.
After retirement - a personal pensioner of national importance. Engaged in social activities, was a mentor to youth.
He died in 1996 in Krivoy Rog.
