Geography
It originates at the point of separation of the main flow of the Indigirka River to the left sleeve (actually, the Sredny channel) and the right sleeve (the Kolyma channel) 73 km from the East Siberian Sea in a straight line. 10 km downstream, the Tarambasheva channel runs to the right . Further, 6 km downstream, the transverse duct branches off to the left. Another 14 km below the channel Tarambasheva again flows on the right bank. Further 1.2 km downstream along the left bank there is the confluence of the Malaya Khoromova channel. Further, 4 km down the right bank, the Maydanov channel [2] departs.
At 6 km downstream along the right bank there is Mitkinsky Island, over which the Mitokina channel flows . After 4 km downstream, the Omulyachskaya channel flows along the right bank, then along the left bank, the Kamchadalskaya channel flows down after 3 km, and after 1 km below, the Kitisna channel flows .
After 15 km downstream, the Miligirskaya channel departs to the right, then, after 5.6 km, the Small channel branches off down the left bank. 2 km downstream, the Chukuchanyakhskaya channel flows down to the left, below which the Miligirskaya channel again flows along the right bank (3.2 km), and on the left bank the islands of Chukchuanyakhsky and (after 7.8 km) Srednenechukuchanyakhsky channel begin.
After 8 km downstream from the confluence of the Miligirskaya channel, opposite the island of Srednechukuchanyakhsky, the Abroskin channel flows right. 5 km below, at the northern tip of Srednechuchuanyakhsky Island, the Chukuchanyakhskaya channel flows into the left again. Further, after 6 km, the East-Siberian Sea begins, and in the estuary area of the channel there are islands of Nemkov and Death [3] .
