Biography
Orthodox. Hereditary honorary citizen .
Received primary education at home. He was a senior member of the company Mikhail Lyutov Sons (joint property with his brothers - up to one million rubles), owned large oil mills in Vyazma and Odessa, a forest estate of 4,500 acres with sawmills, and a flax processing enterprise with export trade. For many years he was elected the vowel of the Vyazemsky district zemstvo assembly and the Vyazemsky city council. He was a member of the Union on October 17 .
In 1907 he was elected a member of the III State Duma from the 1st congress of city voters of the Smolensk province. He was a member of the Octobrist faction. He was a member of the commission on trade and industry.
He died in 1911. Was married.
