Biography
Born in the working village of Kosaya Gora, Tula region on October 20, 1950. A pupil of Tula football, he studied at the school of the local club "Metallurg" [1] .
In 1971 he became a player in CSKA . From 1971 to 1976 he spent 76 matches in the major league. In 1975 he defended the colors of another army team - the Rostov SKA . From 1976 to 1985 he played for the Iskra Smolensk , was the captain of the team.
After completing his football career, he worked as a physical training commander in a military unit based near the city of Lida in the Byelorussian SSR. December 19, 1988 he died in hospital from injuries in a car accident that happened a few days before [2] . He was buried on Diagon Mountain in the Tula region.
