Biography

Born March 27, 1901 in the village of Volkovichi [1] of the Grodno province of the Russian Empire in the family of a poor peasant.

In 1915-1917 he was a laborer, in 1917-1918 he worked as a loader at the Shoduar "C" plant in Yekaterinoslav .

Member of the RCP (b) since March 1919.

In April 1920, he was elected to the Kodak District Party Committee in Yekaterinoslav. In 1921 - secretary of the Kodak district committee of the Komsomol. A participant in the Civil War as part of the 30th Irkutsk Rifle Division , liberated Kharkov and Crimea. Until 1926 he served as a military commissar of a separate cavalry squadron.

In 1926-1928 he worked as an instructor and head of the department of the Kodak district party committee.

In 1932 he graduated from the Dnepropetrovsk Metallurgical Institute, having received the qualification of a metallurgical engineer for rolling (certificate No. 3326). He participated in the construction of the Krivoy Rog Metallurgical Plant.

In 1936 he was transferred to the Petrovsky Dnepropetrovsk Metallurgical Plant , worked as a senior engineer, shift supervisor, deputy chief of a blast furnace shop, and in 1937-1938 as a director.

In 1939-1941 he worked at the Kryvyi Rih Metallurgical Plant.

In 1941-1944, he was the head of the rolling shop of the Nizhny Tagil Metallurgical Plant. After the war, she remains to work in the Urals.

In 1956 he returned to Krivoy Rog. In 1956-1966 he worked at the Krivorozhstal metallurgical plant named after V.I. Lenin - the head of the design department, the head of the section rolling shop No. 1, and the deputy chief engineer. In November 1959 he was elected chairman of the factory committee of the union.

He retired in 1966. Personal pensioner of republican significance.

He died on January 18, 1978 in Krivoy Rog.
