In 1906 - 1912 she studied in Berlin at the Stern Conservatory , and further improved her skills with Bronislav Huberman , who later often performed a duet (the critics sometimes called Dubiscu “Guberman in a skirt”) and Karl Flesch . She performed with a debut concert in 1908 in Wittenberg , gave a lot of concerts in Germany, and only in 1919 made her debut in Poland. In 1919 - 1939 she toured extensively in Europe. From 1927, she closely collaborated with Karol Shimanovsky , performing his works, including in duet with him. In 1930 she founded the Polish Quartet , which existed until 1939 ; an attempt to revive this quartet was in 1945-1947 the Shimanovsky Quartet. During World War II, she played the violin in Warsaw cafes. After the war, the performances of the Dubiska duet with another significant violinist, Eugenia Uminska , received special recognition - for this duet, the Suite for two violins by Michal Spisack was written [2] . In the postwar years she taught at the Higher School of Music in Lodz . Repeatedly she was on the jury of prestigious international competitions, including the Tchaikovsky Competition .
