Career
He began his career in 1986 as a policeman in the economic department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan. In 1991-1992, he was a cadet at a special secondary school of militia of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs (Moscow). In 1992-1993, he was a cadet of the Higher School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan. Since 1993, the acting teacher of the department of special disciplines of the Higher School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan. In 1995, he was appointed inspector of the staffing department of the personnel management department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan.
