Biography
Born in 1906 in Fochna . Member of the CPSU (b).
Since 1925 - on public and political work. In 1925 - 1968 - mason, secretary of the village council , head of the district department of public education, chairman of the Mosalsky and Yelninsky district executive committees , 1st secretary of the Elninsky district committee of the CPSU (b), underground district committee of the CPSU (b), organizer of the partisan movement , deputy chairman of the Smolensk Regional Executive Committee, chairman of the Smolensk City Council, first Secretary of the Smolensk City Committee of the CPSU (b), 2nd Secretary of the Smolensk Regional Party Committee, Head of the Department of Administrative and Trade and Financial Organs of the Smolensk Regional Committee of the CPSU.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR of the 2nd, 3rd, 4th convocation.
He died in 1994 in Smolensk.
