Geographical position
The beam is located in the eastern part of Krivorozhsky district. The upper reaches of the beams are several branches that merge near the village of Novozhitomir . The mouth of the beam is located near the village of Zlatoustovka .

Feature
The length of the beam is about 22 km. The slope of the temporary watercourse is 2.2 m / km. The catchment area is 143 km² [1] .
Economic Use
Several ponds and reservoirs were built in the beam. The largest of them: the Krasinsky reservoir , a pond near the village of Novozhitomir, the Zlatoust reservoir , are used to accumulate and discharge treated wastewater from the central aeration station of the city of Krivoy Rog [2] . Also, these reservoirs are used for irrigation .
Interesting Facts
From the name of the beam came the name of the village Shirokoye located near it.
