History
The village of Izvestkovy has been taken into account by regional administrative data since January 1, 1955 in the Sennovsky village council of Boksitogorsky district.
Since 1960, as part of the Bor Village Council.
Since 1963, as part of the Tikhvin region .
Since 1965, again in the Boksitogorsky district. In 1965, the population of the village was 100 people [2] .
According to the data of 1966, 1973 and 1990, the village of Borysk included the village of Izvestkovaya [3] [4] [5] .
In 1997, 1 person lived in the village of Izvestkovaya of the Bor volost, in 2002 - 5 people (all Russians) [6] [7] .
In 2007, 7 people lived in the village of Izvestkovaya of the Boksitogorsk State Enterprise , and in 2010 - also 7 [8] [9] .
Geography
The village is located in the western part of the district near the highway 41K-039 ( Boksitogorsk - Batkovo ).
The distance to the administrative center of the settlement is 6 km [8] .
The village is located near the railway station Izvestkovaya , on the departmental railway line Bolshoi Dvor - Boksitogorsk , gauge 1520 mm [3] .
The village is located on the left bank of the Sinenka River.
