Story
Comic events take place in the fictional city of Buckaroo, Oregon, in which the 16 most terrible serial killers of the United States were born. The last one is Edward Charles Warren, also known as Nailbiter, because of his addiction to chew on the nails and fingers of his victims. The story begins with the detention of Warren by the FBI agent Charles Carroll. After the trial, charges are dropped from Warren, and Carroll leaves for Bakara, where he goes missing. Carroll's friend, former military investigator Nicholas Finch, begins his own investigation to find out the fate of the friend and find out why so many natives of Bakaru become killers.
