Education
Ekaterina Gorokhova was born in Leningrad . She graduated from the Leningrad Polytechnic Institute with a degree in mechanical engineer researcher in 1990 [8] . Received a master 's degree in technical sciences . Received additional education in the field of management abroad under the joint program of the University of Chicago (USA) and Instituto de Empresa (Spain) [9] .
Career
From 1992 to 1999, Ekaterina Gorokhova worked at Unilever in the field of sales from Key Account Manager to Business Unit Manager [2] .
In June 1999, Ekaterina came to Kelly Services CIS as the director of the branch in St. Petersburg. In the same year, the Russian representative office of Kelly Services was first awarded the International Excellence Award from the company's headquarters.
In October 2001, Ekaterina Gorokhova was appointed CEO of Kelly Services in Sweden.
In November 2002, Catherine returned to Russia and took the post of CEO of Kelly Services CIS [1] , and since June 2004 she has also been vice president of the company [10] .
In 2014, Kelly Services received the status of a supplier of the XXII Olympic Winter Games and the XI Paralympic Winter Games of 2014 in Sochi in the category " Recruiting services ."
