Born in 1909. Member of the CPSU (b) .
Since 1930 - at public and political work. In 1930 - 1957 - Second Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Kyrgyzstan, Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Kyrgyz SSR, First Secretary of the Jalal-Abad Regional Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Kyrgyzstan, Deputy Minister of State Farms of the Kyrgyz SSR.
He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd convocations.
