It is located about 9.1 km southeast of the district center, the village of Osa , at an absolute height of 434 m above sea level [2] .

Toponymy
The name Yanguts comes from the name of the Buryat family Yangut ( Yanguts ), the word Russian is added in contrast to the name of the village of Buryat-Yangut , where the Buryats are the main population [3] .
Economics
Many residents of Russian Yangut work at the agricultural enterprise Rus [4] .
