Biography

Born in 1912 in the Turkmen working class family. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1939.

Since 1929 - on social and political work. In 1929 - 1975 - locksmith at oil fields, worked in the trust system “Turkmenneft”, at party, Komsomol and Soviet work, first secretary of the Central Committee of the Komsomol of Turkmenistan, first secretary of the Nebit-Dag town committee of the KP Turkmenistan, chairman of the Krasnovodsk regional executive committee, deputy chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Turkmen SSR, minister of trade of Turkmenistan SSR, Minister of Social Security of the Turkmen SSR.

He was elected deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th convocations.
