Biography
Born in 1907 in the village of Ata, Trans-Caspian region. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1939.
Since 1935 - in public and political work. In 1935 - 1965 - Senior agronomist of the Kaganovichi region, agronomist-inspector of the Cotton Department of the People’s Commissariat of Agriculture of the Turkmen SSR, People’s Commissar of Agriculture of the Turkmen SSR, member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Turkmenistan, deputy chairman of the Council of People's Commissars of the Turkmen Soviet Socialist Republic, deputy secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Turkmenistan (b) of livestock, Chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Turkmen SSR, 1st Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Turkmen SSR, Head of the Main Directorate of Forestry, Reserves and Hunting under SM Turkme nskoy SSR.
He was elected to the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the 1st, 3rd, 4th and 5th convocations.
