Biography
Born in the village of Moiseevka, Krasnoyarsk Territory in 1931. Member of the CPSU (b).
Since 1954 - on economic and political work. In 1954 - 2002 - from the foreman to the chief welder of the Omsk Tank Plant of the October Revolution, Secretary of the Party Committee of this plant, First Secretary of the Lenin District Committee of the CPSU of Omsk, Head of the Industrial and Transport Division of the Omsk Regional Committee of the CPSU, First Secretary of the Omsk City Committee of the CPSU, Second Secretary of the Omsk Regional Committee of the CPSU, Deputy of the Omsk City Council of the second convocation.
He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of the 9th, 10th, 11th convocations.
For labor merits Efim Alekseevich was awarded the Orders of Lenin, the October Revolution, two orders of the Red Banner of Labor.
He died in June 2016 in Omsk.
