Biography
In 1964 he graduated from high school. In 1968 he graduated from the Stavropol Pedagogical Institute , specializing in teacher. In 1982, he graduated from the Stavropol Agricultural Institute with a degree in agricultural economics. In 1988 - the Academy of Social Sciences under the Central Committee of the CPSU [1] . By nationality Russian [2] .
He worked as an instructor in the Stavropol Regional Committee. Secretary of the Neftekumsky district committee, Novoaleksandrovsky district committee of the CPSU, chairman of the Novoaleksandrovsky district executive committee [1] .
From 1989 to 1991 he was a People’s Deputy of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics [1] .
The first secretary of the regional party committee. February 3, 2005 was appointed head of the presidential administration of Karachay-Cherkessia [3] .
He worked as the head of the administration of the President of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, participated in the development and adoption of the most important legislative acts conducive to the economic and social development of the republic [1] .
He heads the training center of the Ministry of Finance of the Stavropol Territory [4] .
