Albert became the champion of Asia in the championship of the continent 2017 . On August 21, 2017, he became the champion of the 2017 Summer Universiade , defeating up to 69 kilograms of the North Korean Kim Myung Hyuk in weightlifting competitions, and defeated him using only two out of three attempts.
