Sergei Borisovich Tsivashov (born March 12, 1962 , Voronezh ) is a Russian track and field coach specializing in hurdling. Honored Trainer of Russia (2013).

Biography
Sergei Borisovich Tsivashov was born on March 12, 1962 in Voronezh. In 1984 he graduated from the Voronezh State Institute of Physical Culture .
He worked as a coach of the Russian national hurdled team (2003-2008) [1] and the Korean national track and field team (2009—2011) [2] [3] [4] . From 2013 to 2014, he worked under a contract in China. Currently, he works as a trainer in the Youth of Moscow School of Sports and Athletics named after the Znamensky brothers [5] .
In 2013, Sergey Borisovich was awarded the honorary title “ Honored Coach of Russia ” [6] [7] .
The highest results among his pupils reached:
- Tatyana Dektaryova - European champion among the teams of 2010, participant of two Olympics (2008, 2012), two-time champion of Russia (2011, 2012), three-time champion of Russia indoors (2005, 2006, 2009) [8] [9] ,
- Veronika Chervinskaya - bronze medalist of the Russian Indoor Championship in 2017 [10] ,
- Vladimir Zhukov - silver medalist of the European Championship among juniors 2007,
- Varvara Nasibulina is the champion of Russia in the room among juniors in 2017 [11] .

Married to the athlete Tatyana Dektaryova [2] .
