Biography
He was born on July 7, 1904 in the village of Chistokha now in the Porkhov district of the Pskov region in the family of a military man. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1930.

- Deputy Head of Design Bureau No. 1,
- and. about. chief engineer of the Main Automotive Industry of the USSR Ministry of Engineering,
- Director of the Mytishchi Engineering Plant ,
- Director of the Research Automotive Institute ,
- 1st Deputy Chairman, Chairman of the CHX of the Gorky Economic Administrative Region,
