Biography
Member of the CPSU (b) since 1930. He graduated from the Gorky party asset courses. In 1950 - the Higher Party School under the Central Committee of the CPSU (B.) .

- 1936-1938 - Secretary of the Chernovsk district committee of the CPSU (b) (Kirov Territory - region),
- February-December 1938 - First Secretary of the Sanchursky District Committee of the CPSU (B.) (Kirov Region)
- 1938-1940 - Head of the Department of Soviet Trade, Agricultural Department of the Kirov Regional Committee of the CPSU (b),
