Biography
Born in 1911 in the Perm province. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1932.
Since 1930 - at public and political work. In 1930 - 1951 - Chairman of the factory committee of the Red Partisan Plant, secretary of the Komsomol asset of the Red Partisan factory, Permodezhda factory, at the Konstantinovsky Chemical Plant, commandant of the Goznak factory, instructor of the Sverdlovsk Regional Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks, 1st Secretary of the Kishert district Committee of the CPSU (b), 1st Secretary of the Komi-Permyak District Committee of the CPSU (b), 2nd Secretary of the Mari Regional Committee of the CPSU (b).
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of the 2nd convocation.
