Biography
Born in 1904. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1923.
Since 1920 - on social and political work. In 1920 - 1967 - Clerk of the Executive Committee of the Kolshevsky Volost Council, secretary of the rural unit of the RKSM, clerk of the Kineshma district committee of the RCP (b), in the Red Army, in cooperative, Soviet work, in the Smolnensky district control commission of the CPSU (b) - district worker-peasant inspection, instructor of the Personnel Department Smolnensky district committee of the CPSU (b), head of the personnel department of the Kuybyshevsky district committee of the CPSU (b), 2nd secretary of the Kuybyshevsky district committee of the CPSU (b), 1st secretary of the Lodeynopolsky district committee VKP (b), 1st secretary of the Kingisepp District Committee of the CPSU (b), head of the Department of leading party organs of the Leningrad Regional Committee of the CPSU (b), secretary of the Leningrad Regional Committee of the CPSU (b) for personnel, member of the Military Council of the Leningrad Military District, head of the operational groups on organization and leadership of hostilities of partisan detachments of the Leningrad region, member of the Military Council of the 48th, 54th army, chairman of the Commission on the leadership of the north-eastern districts of the Leningrad region, 1st secretary of Novgorod Odessa Regional Committee of the CPSU (b).
Arrested in the framework of the Leningrad case, sentenced to 25 years in prison, rehabilitated in 1954. On the economic, Soviet work in Leningrad after liberation.
He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of the 1st convocation, the Supreme Council of the USSR of the 2nd convocation.
He died in 1980 in Leningrad.
