Geography

The village is located 12 km southeast of the center of the settlement of the village of Golovino and 22 km west of the district center of Sudogda .

History

In the late XIX - early XX centuries, the village was called Bryukhanovo and was part of the Avdotinsky volost of Sudogodsky district , since 1926 - as part of the Alexander volost of Vladimir district . In 1859 [2] there were 15 yards in the village, in 1905 [3] - 14 yards, in 1926 [4] - 12 households.

Since 1929, the village was part of the Aleksandrovsky Village Council of the Vladimir District , from 1944 - the Sudogodsky District , from 1974 - as part of the Ilyinsky Village Council , and since 2005 - as part of the Golovinsky rural settlement .

In 1966, the village of Bryukhanovo of the Alexander Village Council was renamed Chernigovka [5] .
