Biography

Born in 1904 in the village of Krasny Klyuch, Malmyzhsky district, Vyatka province. Member of the CPSU (b).

Since 1924 - working in the factories of Izhevsk.

Since 1938 - on the party and state work in the Sverdlovsk region: instructor, head. sector Sverdlovsk Regional Committee of the CPSU (b); Secretary, 1st Secretary of the Nizhny Tagil City Committee of the CPSU (b) (1940—1941); Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Sverdlovsk Regional Committee of the CPSU (b) (1941-1949), 1st Deputy Chairman of the Sverdlovsk Regional Executive Committee (1949-1954). Deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR of the 3rd convocation.

In 1954-1962 - In Kazakhstan: Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Kazakh SSR, Chairman of the State Committee for Construction Affairs of the Kazakh SSR. Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan, deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the Kazakh SSR.

In the years 1962-1968. - Head of the North Ural Basin Inspectorate for the use and protection of water resources of the Ministry of Land Reclamation and Agriculture of the RSFSR.

Since 1968 - retired, personal pensioner of union importance.

He was awarded the Order of the Red Star, "Badge of Honor", medals.

He died in February 1969 in Sverdlovsk. He was buried at Shirokorechenskoye cemetery .
