Born October 10 , 1941 ( v . Putilovichi , Luginsky district, Zhytomyr region) in a working class family; Ukrainian; married.
Education: Ukrainian Agricultural Academy , scientist agronomist; VPSh at the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine .
