Biography
He graduated from the Lviv Veterinary Institute of Lviv (1959, now the National University of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology). He worked as a livestock specialist, chief livestock specialist of the Velikoglubochoksky district agricultural inspectorate (now the village of Veliky Glubochok of the Ternopilsky district ), chief state inspector of the Velikoglubochek district of the Ternopil region 1962 - chief livestock inspector of Zborovsky, since 1965 - head of the Gusyatinsky collective farm state farm.
Since 1968 - 1st Secretary of the Gusyatinsky District Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine; from 1980 - 1st Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Ternopil Regional Council .
Since 1986 - Director of the Ternopil branch of the All-Union Institute of Livestock (since 1999 - Ternopil Institute of Agricultural Production). in 1992, Malanchuk was elected chairman of the Ternopil Regional Council .
He was the deputy director, head of the economics department of the Ternopil Institute of Agro-Industrial Production.
