Biography
Born in 1910 in the family of a worker-catal of the Bryansk plant in the city of Yekaterinoslav. He graduated from primary school in the village of Fabrika on the outskirts of Yekaterinoslav. In 1922, his father died. For two years he was in an orphanage. Then he studied at the turner in the school factory apprenticeship (FZU) at the Ekaterinoslav plant named after Petrovsky.
In 1925 he joined the Komsomol.
After graduating from school, FZU worked as a turner in the machine shop of the Dnepropetrovsk Petrovsky Plant. Member of the CPSU (b) .
He graduated from the preparatory courses and the Stalin Dnipropetrovsk Metallurgical Institute , received a degree in engineering.
He worked as an engineer at the Dnepropetrovsk Petrovsky Plant, then switched to party work. He was a freelance propagandist of the district committee of the Communist Party (B) in the city of Dnepropetrovsk, secretary of the Amur-Nizhnedneprovsky regional committee of the Communist Party (B) in Dnepropetrovsk.
Until 1940 - Head of the Organizational Department of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Committee of the KP (b) U.
In the years 1940-1941 - Secretary of the Chisinau Municipal Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Moldova.
During World War II in the Red Army. He served as deputy chief and then head of the political department of the brigade. After demobilization from the Soviet army he returned to party work.
In 1946-1948 - 1st Secretary of the Krivoy Rog City Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of the Dnepropetrovsk region.
