History
It was founded in 1914. In 1928 it consisted of 20 households, the main population - Ukrainians. The center of the Kokonovo village council of the Poltava district of the Omsk district of the Siberian region [2] .
In accordance with the Law of the Omsk Region dated July 30, 2004 No. 548-OZ “On the Borders and Status of Municipalities of the Omsk Region” [3], the village became part of the established municipal formation “Yeremeyevsky Rural Settlement”.
Geography
It is located in the south-west of the region, near the state border with Kazakhstan (Akzharsky district, North Kazakhstan region - about 7 km.).

- Gender composition
According to the 2010 All-Russian Population Census, in the gender structure of the population of 288 people, there are 134 men and 154 women (46.5 and 53.5%, respectively) [5]

In 1928, the main population was Ukrainians.
According to the 2002 census , Russians accounted for 55% of the total population of 361 in the national population structure. [6] .
