Biography
Born in October 1911 in Kuzomeni, Aleksandrovsky district, Arkhangelsk province [1] [2] . Member of the CPSU (b) since 1932.
Since 1934 - on social and political work. In 1934 - 1958 - Instructor of the Murmansk Regional Committee, Secretary of the Teribersky Regional Committee of the Komsomol, 3rd Secretary of the Polar Regional Committee of the CPSU (b), Instructor of the Personnel Department of the Murmansk Regional Committee of the CPSU (B), Secretary of the Leninsky Regional Committee of the CPSU (B) of the city of Murmansk, Head of Organizational and Instructor Department of the Murmansk City Committee of the CPSU (b); Deputy Head of the Murmansk Trade Port for Political Affairs; Secretary of the Committee of the CPSU (B.) Murmansk Trade Port; Deputy Head of the Human Resources Department; Murma of the Central Committee of the CPSU (b), Head of the Planning, Finance and Trade Department of the Murmansk Regional Committee of the CPSU (B.) - CPSU, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Murmansk Regional Council, Deputy Head of the General Directorate of the Fisheries Industry of the Murmansk Basin, Head of the Personnel and Educational Institutions Department of the NFM Murmansk Economic Administrative Region.
He was elected a deputy to the 4th Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR.
He was buried in the new city cemetery of Murmansk [3] .
