Biography
Born in 1907 in the Irkutsk province. Member of the CPSU (b).
Since 1931 - on social and political work. In 1931 - 1946 - Secretary of the Ilympian District Committee of the Komsomol, Director of the Ilympian School of Soviet and Party Construction, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Ilimpian District Council of the Evenki National District, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Evenki District Council
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the 1st convocation.
He died in 1981.
