Biography
Born in 1905 in Moscow. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1926.
Since 1924 - in public and political work. In 1924 - 1960 - Head of the Velskoye peasant youth school, head of the Velskoye, Kadnikovskiy district department of political education, executive secretary of the Kadnikovskiy district committee of the Komsomol, inspector of the Vologda district department of public education, deputy head of the Propaganda department of the Vologda district committee of the CPSU (b), director of the Vologda pedagogical technical department School Department of the Vologda City Committee of the CPSU (B.), Lecturer, deputy head of the Department of Propaganda and Agitation Vologda Oblast Committee of the CPSU (b), Secretary of the Vologda Oblast Committee of the CPSU (b) for propaganda and agitation, in 1942-1944 2nd Secretary of the Vologda Oblast Committee of the CPSU (b) , Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Vologda Oblast Council, in 1945-1952 years: 1st Secretary of the Vologda Regional Committee of the CPSU (b) , Head of the School Department of the Central Committee of the CPSU, Deputy Head of the Department of Science, Schools and Culture of the Central Committee of the CPSU for the RSFSR.
