Biography
Born in 1905 in the village of Aferovo, Kostroma Province. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1928.
Since 1926 - on social and political work. In 1926 - 1953 - District instructor of consumer cooperation, instructor-consultant of the Northern Regional Union of Consumer Societies, Chairman of the Pinezhsky District Consumer Society, Head of the Organizational and Instructor Department of the Pinezhsky District Committee of the CPSU (B.), 2nd Secretary of the Kargopolsky District Committee of the CPSU (B) ), Secretary of the Vologda Regional Committee of the CPSU (b) on the forest industry, 3rd, 2nd Secretary of the Vologda Regional Committee of the CPSU (b) , Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Vologda Regional Council.
