Biography
Born in 1901 in Moscow. Member of the CPSU (b).
Since 1938 - in public and political work. In 1938 - 1963 - First Deputy Chairman and Secretary of the Moscow Regional Executive Committee, secretary of the underground district committee of the CPSU (b) of the southern districts of the Moscow Region, chairman of the Kuibyshev Regional Executive Committee, Minister of the State Control Committee of the RSFSR, Deputy Minister of Water Resources of the RSFSR, acting Head of the Main Territorial Inspectorate of the Ministry of Agriculture of the RSFSR; member of the State Committee of the Council of Ministers of the USSR for Foreign Economic Relations.
He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd convocations.
He died after 1985.
