Biography
Born in 1910 in the Vladimir province. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1939.
Since 1931 - in public and political work. In 1931 - 1965 - instructor of the Vladimir Agricultural College for the production practice of students, the head of the farm "Proletary", the chief agronomist of the farm "Spartak", named after P. L. Voikov, Moscow region, in the Party Control Commission under the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks, deputy head of the Agricultural Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (b) Moldova, representative of the Council for Collective Farm Affairs under the Council of Ministers of the USSR for the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, 1st deputy chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, chairman of the Executive Committee of the Oryol Regional Council, rural oblast Council.
He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of the 4th, 5th, 6th convocations.
