Biography
Born in 1918 in Kondakovka, Simbirsk province. Member of the CPSU (b) -CPSU.
Since 1937 - in public and political work. In 1937 - 1985 - mechanic, shift supervisor at plant No. 63 of Nizhny Tagil, foreman, section supervisor, shift supervisor, deputy chief, workshop head at the V.V. Volodarsky plant, secretary of the VKP (b) committee of the V.V. Volodarsky plant in Ulyanovsk, 1st Secretary of the Volodarsky City District Committee of the CPSU (b), 1st Secretary of the Stalin District Committee of the CPSU (b) of Ulyanovsk, 2nd Secretary of the Ulyanovsk City Committee of the CPSU, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Ulyanovsk City Council, 1st Secretary of the Ulyanovsk City Committee of the CPSU, chairman l of the Executive Committee of the Ulyanovsk Regional Industrial Council, Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Ulyanovsk Regional Council, Director of the Ulyanovsk plant radiolampovogo.
