Biography
Origin
Born on June 11, 1977 in the city of Cheboksary of the Chuvash Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. He received secondary education at school number 27 in the city of Cheboksary. Physics teacher Artemyeva Olga Nikolaevna recalls: “Alexey studied well, was purposeful, always achieved what he planned, in the classroom he was considered a leader, a ringleader” [1] .
In 1999 he graduated with honors from Chuvash State University named after I. N. Ulyanova , with a degree in economics , has the qualification of an economist . In 2005 he graduated from the graduate school of the Nizhny Novgorod Institute of Management and Business , in 2004 he defended his thesis "Study of structural and sectoral changes in the regional economic system" for the degree of candidate of economic sciences [2] .
Entrepreneurship
Since 2000 - manager of Protect LLC, which worked in the field of security and fire alarm production; later on, he worked in this company as deputy director for commercial affairs (2000-2002), as a commercial director (2002-2011, since 2005 part-time). From 2002 to 2011 - General Director of Incrit LLC (until 2005 part-time), awarded the diploma "Best Small Enterprise of the Year" in 2004. From 2004 to 2005 - Deputy General Director for Commercial Affairs of Staratel Construction Company LLC (part-time); in 2005 - CEO of this company.
Municipal activities
From 2005 to 2011 - Member of the Cheboksary City Assembly of Deputies IV (2005-2010) and V (2010-2011; from constituency No. 27) of the convocations, where he was chairman of the Standing Committee on the Budget and member of the Standing Committee on Urban Planning, Land Management and Territory Development cities.
Since 2011 - the head of the administration of the city of Cheboksary.
Family and personal life
Married, has two sons and a daughter. Lives in the city of Cheboksary.
Wife Tatyana Ivanovna Ladykova - Associate Professor, Department of Regional Economics and Entrepreneurship, ChSU named after I.N. Ulyanova; she owns two land plots in 1500 and 1218 sq. m
Member of the Local Political Council of the Cheboksary city local branch of the United Russia Party. He is the author of scientific papers.
Criticism
Cheboksary blogger and social activist Konstantin Ishutov claims that AO Ladykov had three criminal convictions and the criminal nickname Ushan [3] .
The dissertation of A.O. Ladykov contains numerous unscrupulous borrowings. This circumstance is indicated by Dissernet [4] .
