Club career

Doan is a graduate of the Japanese club " Gamba Osaka ." He studied at the academy from the age of 13. On June 3, 2015 he made his debut in the J-League in a duel against Kashima Antlers , substituting in the 90th minute instead of Xu Kurat [2] . In total, in the debut season he had two meetings. In the 2017 season, he became a player in the main squad. June 23 of the same year was leased to the Dutch club Groningen [3] . August 13 made his debut for him in a duel against Heerenveen , leaving the starting lineup and being replaced in the 63rd minute by Tom van Wert [4] .

Team appearances

In the national team of Japan, he made his debut on September 11, 2018 in a friendly match with the Costa Rica team .

In December 2018, he was included in the application for the Asian Cup 2019 . January 9 in the first match of the group stage against Turkmenistan scored a goal in the 71 minute of the game, making the score 3: 1. As a result, the Japanese team won 3-2. In the quarterfinal match against Vietnam , in the 57th minute he scored the only goal from the penalty spot, which brought Japan to the semifinals of the tournament.
