Wynn, Caitlin

Born May 21, 1953 in the Canadian city of Toronto , Ontario . She graduated from the Department of Linguistics at the University of Toronto . From 1977 to 1991 she was married, has three daughters. In 2003, she entered the civil service, held various positions in the government of Ontario.
