Biography
Born in 1898 in the village of Granki Gzhatsky district of Smolensk province. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1925.
He graduated from grade 4 of a rural school. In 1912-1917 he worked in Moscow as a locksmith apprentice and locksmith.
Member of the First World War (1917, telegraph operator-morzist) and the Civil War (February 1918 - 1922, participated in battles with the armies of Krasnov, Denikin, Wrangel).
In 1922 - 1941 - locksmith and chairman of the factory committee of the Russo-Baltic Plant in Fili, chairman of the consumer society, chairman of the Executive Committee of the Kuntsevsky District Council (1928), Ukhtomsky District Council (1930), Zaraysky District Council (1935-1937), head of the Moscow Regional Communal Department (1937), chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Presidium of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee for the Ryazan Region (since 1937).
He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the USSR of the 1st convocation.
He died at the front in 1941.
