Biography
Born in 1902 in the village of Goladi. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1919.
Since 1919 - on social and political work. In 1919 - 1947 - Chairman of the Klin county committee of the RKSM, head of the Klin county department of public education, executive secretary of the Davydkovsky volost committee of the CPSU (b), head of the organizational department of the Klin district committee of the CPSU (b), Skhodnensky district committee of the CPSU (b), Kurovsky district committee of the CPSU (b) , 2nd Secretary of the Ryazan Regional Committee of the CPSU (b), Organizing Bureau of the Central Committee of the CPSU (b) for the Ryazan Region, 3rd Secretary of the Ryazan Regional Committee of the CPSU (b), Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Presidium of the Supreme RSFSR Council of the Ryazan Region; Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Ryazan Regional Council; Commissar of the 18th Reserve Infantry Brigade; Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Izmail City Council.
