Biography
Born in 1910 in the Tver province. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1932.
Since 1928 - in public and political work. In 1928 - 1954 - assistant to the master of the Vyshnevolotsk textile factory, weaving master of the Krasny Perekop combine, in the Red Army, master, shop manager, director of the Krasny Perekop factory in Yaroslavl, deputy secretary of the Yaroslavl regional committee of the CPSU (b), 2nd secretary of the Kostroma regional committee VKP (b), chairman of the Executive Committee of the Ryazan Regional Council.
He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the USSR of the 3rd convocation.
