The first settlers arrived on land near the modern city of St. Charles, Idaho in 1870 [1] .

According to the 2010 census, Randolph's population was 464 people (of which 48.3% were men and 51.7% were women), the city had 156 households and 122 families. In the city there were 207 buildings with an average density of 76.7 buildings per square kilometer of land. Racial composition : white - 93.8%, Asians - 0.2%, Native Americans - 3.0% [3] .
The population of the city by age range according to the 2010 census was as follows: 33.8% - residents under 18 years of age, 2.8% - between 18 and 21 years old, 51.3% - from 21 to 65 years old and 12.1% - at the age of 65 years and older. The average age of the population is 32.6 years. For every 100 females in Randolph, there are 93.3 males, while for 100 adult females there are already 100.7 males of comparable age [3] .
Of the 156 households, 78.2% were families: 69.2% of couples living together (32.7% with children under 18 years of age); 7.1% are women living without husbands and 1.9% are men living without wives. 21.8% did not have a family. On average, 2.97 people live in households, and the average family size is 3.44 people. 16.0% of the population lived alone, 12.2% were single elderly people (over 65) [3] .
